I recently read a old article date Sept 12 2019 where it said the stock of PXP Energy surged due to possibility of oil and gas exploration jointly with China..
It was if I was reading the same article published recently when the President lifted the moratorium last week and the stock surged ..do you consider PXP a buy ..do you consider it a Growth stock or a long term investment .Thank you
