In its meeting held today, the Board of Directors of Lorenzo Shipping Corporation approved the listing of the Two Hundred Seventy Million (270,000,000) common shares and One Hundred Sixty-Five Million Five Hundred Thirty-One Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Eight (165,531,748) common shares issued to National Marine Corporation on 27 December 2024 and 24 April 2025, respectively, with The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc.
