Update or Status of the Reinvestment Plan

As of 30 June 2026, Megaworld has fully disbursed the total net proceeds amounting to One Billion Two Hundred Sixty-Four Million Three Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty-Five Pesos and 01/100 (Php1,264,386,835.01), in accordance with its Reinvestment Plan.
