As of 30 June 2026, Megaworld has fully disbursed the total net proceeds amounting to Two Billion Two Hundred Twelve Million Nine Hundred Sixteen Thousand Two Hundred Twelve Pesos and 13/100 (Php2,212,916,212.13), in accordance with its Reinvestment Plan.
