Ladies and Gentlemen: Please be informed that the Board of Directors of SM Investments Corporation, at its regular Board meeting held today, April 24, 2024, at Harrison Room 1 and 2, Conrad Manila, Seaside Blvd. corner Coral Way, Mall of Asia Complex, Pasay City, approved the declaration of cash dividend in the amount of Ten Billion Nine Hundred Ninety-Eight Million Two Hundred Ten Thousand Two Hundred Twenty-Two Pesos (P10,998,210,222.00) or Nine Pesos (P9.00) per share in favor of all stockholders of record as of May 9, 2024, and payable on May 23, 2024.
