We write in connection with the article entitled "DITO expects to pass NTC audit in July", posted in Manila Standard (Online Edition) on April 11, 2024, which reported in part that: “DITO Telecommunity Corp. said Thursday it expects to pass the final mandatory performance audit by the National Telecommunications Commission by July this year. DTO chief technology officer Rodolfo Santiago said the company was on track to hitting a national population coverage of 84 percent by July 2024, up from the current 82-percent coverage. ‘We are targeting 86-percent to 87-percent coverage before the end of the year,’ he said. . . . .” From information provided by its operating subsidiary, DITO Telecommunity Corp. (“DITO Tel”), DITO CME Holdings Corp. (the “Company”) confirms the statements made and quoted in the abovementioned article.
