Notice is hereby given to The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (“PSE”), the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (“PDEx”), and the public that during its special board meeting held today, April 10, 2024, the Board of Directors of the leading VisMin developer Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (“CLI” or the “Company”) approved CLI’s Audited Financial Statements as of 31 December 2023, as audited by the accounting firm of Punongbayan & Araullo, and will endorse the same to CLI stockholders for approval during the Company’s Annual Stockholders Meeting on June 04, 2024.
