Background/Description of the Disclosure
In its meeting held today, the Board of Directors of the Company approved the appointment of Sycip Gorres Velayo & Company as the external auditor of the Company and its subsidiaries for 2024 at a fee of P1,030,000.00, exclusive of VAT, plus out-of-pocket expenses not exceeding 10% of the fee. The Board of Directors will recommend the same to the Company’s stockholders for approval in the coming annual stockholders' meeting.
