Reason(s) for Replacement
Following the spin-off of the stock transfer business of the Trust and Investments Group of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation ("RCBC") to RCBC Trust Corporation, SSI will secure formal board approval in the next Board meeting on April 2024 for the appointment of RCBC Trust Corporation and the termination of RCBC as SSI's stock transfer agent, subject to compliance by RCBC Trust Corporation with all regulatory requirements.
