In its meeting today, March 21, 2024, the Board of Directors of Concrete Aggregates Corporation (CAC) approved the declaration of a cash dividend of Php1.072 per share for CAC’s “A” and “B” shares amounting to a total of Php29,444,033.33. The record date shall be April 10, 2024 and the payment date shall be May 2, 2024. The cash dividend was declared out of CAC’s unrestricted retained earnings as of December 31, 2023.
