Background/Description of the Disclosure
At the Regular Meeting of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of the Corporation held on March 18, 2024, the Board approved the following: 1. Minutes of the previous meetings held on 09 November 2023 and 11 December 2023; 2. Approval, release and submission of the Company’s 2023 Audited Financial Statement as of December 31, 2023 in compliance with the PSE and SEC requirements; 3. Declaration of cash dividends in the amount of Php 268,176,532.71 to stockholders as of record date (April 12, 2024) to be paid on April 25, 2024; 4. Investment in Aseana Water Services Management Inc. (AWSMI) in the amount of Php1,875,000.00 representing 75% of AWSMI; and 5. Appointment of RCBC Trust Corporation as the Corporation’s new stock transfer agent effective March 27, 2024.
