Notice is hereby given to The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. (“PSE”), the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), Philippine Dealing & Exchange Corp. (“PDEx”), and the public that during its regular board meeting held on March 18, 2024, the Board of Directors of the leading real estate developer in VisMin, Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (“CLI” or the “Company”), approved the declaration of cash dividends amounting to Php 0.15 per share. The record date is on April 17, 2024, and the payment date is scheduled on May 03, 2024. This will be taken from CLI’s unrestricted retained earnings as of 31 December 2023.
