Robinsons Land Corporation (RLC) was informed by Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation –Stock Transfer Department that it had transitioned to a newly established stand-alone trust corporation called RCBC Trust Corporation.
Other Relevant Information
RLC was informed that the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) approved the application of RCBC Trust Corporation as a transfer agent on March 14, 2024. This disclosure is being amended to indicate the following: (a) Effective date of termination of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation – Stock Transfer Department as the stock transfer agent of RLC shall be March 27, 2024; (b) Date of engagement of RCBC Trust Corporation as the new stock transfer agent of RLC shall be March 27, 2024; and (c) Effective date of engagement of RCBC Trust Corporation as the new stock transfer agent of RLC shall be March 27, 2024.
