Earlier today, March 11, 2024, Premium Leisure Corp. (PLC) was informed by Belle Corporation (BEL) that the BEL Board of Directors approved the conduct by BEL of a tender offer for all outstanding common shares of PLC for purposes of the voluntary delisting of PLC from the main board of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc., (PSE) subject to an independent third party fairness opinion. BEL has likewise disclosed said information to the PSE. By virtue of the foregoing information and disclosure, PLC requests for voluntary trading suspension of its shares at the PSE during the trading hours of March 11, 2024 until 9:00 AM of March 12, 2024 to allow the investing public equal access to and consideration of this information.
