Please be advised that on 7 March 2024, the Company, and its wholly-owned subsidiary, Paivatar Energy Corporation (“Paivatar”), signed a Shareholders’ and Investment agreement with BrightNight APAC B.V for the ownership and management of Paivatar as the designated renewable energy platform for the development, construction, and operation of utility-scale renewable energy projects in the Philippines.
