Shortening of Corporate Terms of Universal Robina Corporation ("URC")’s Subsidiaries, URC Snack Ventures Inc. ("USVI") and URC Beverage Ventures, Inc. ("UBVI").
Background/Description of the Disclosure
The Board of Directors and Shareholders of URC’s Subsidiaries, USVI and UBVI, have approved the amendment of their Articles of Incorporation ("AOI") shortening their corporate terms. This is in view of the integration of USVI and UBVI’s operations into its parent company, URC.
