Please be informed that MR. MUKUL SUKHANI was hired as Head of Cards and Loans under the Bank’s Consumer Bank with the rank of Executive Vice President, effective March 5, 2024. Mr. Sukhani is a seasoned banker and business leader in the area of cards and personal loans. He is formerly Senior Vice President for Business Development of Mastercard, responsible for India and Nepal. He managed all aspects of the Mastercard relationship with issuing partners in terms of profitability and developing products and solutions. He worked with product leads to identify new segments, product opportunities to broaden their reach and market penetration. Prior to Mastercard, he was Director, Head of Credit Cards and Personal Loans in Citi Philippines from August 2018 – 2021. He held the same position in Citi Vietnam from 2015-2017 and as Head of Small Business Payments Solutions in Citi India from 2011-2015. Early in his career, he worked as COO of Loyalty Management Insights Network and Exchange Pvt Ltd., a startup in the business of customer loyalty programs from 2009 - 2011. He was Director of American Express in Gurgaon from 2004- 2009. He graduated from XLRI, Jamshedpur with a degree in Business Management and a Technical course (Chemical) from Laxmi Narayan Institute of Technology, Nagpur University India.
