Please be advised that, in a meeting of the Board of Directors of STI Education Systems Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) held today, 27 February 2024, the Board ratified the execution of a Term Sheet between the Company and Philippine School of Business Administration (“PSBA Manila”) and Philippine School of Business Administration, Inc.- Quezon City (“PSBA Quezon City”) (PSBA Manila and PSBA Quezon City are collectively referred to as “PSBA”).
