Clarification of News Report
The Exchange sought the response of Converge Information and Communications Technology Solutions, Inc. (the “Company”) to clarify the news article, including: 1) the exploratory talks between ABS-CBN Corporation and CNVRG, and 2) the possible sharing of infrastructure and technology between Sky Cable and CNVRG, and other relevant details, if any. The Company wishes to clarify that it has always been exploring more ways to deliver differentiated and better experiences for its customers. From time to time, the Company may be presented with potential business development, partnership, or investment opportunities and, as part of its duties to its stakeholders, the Company will always look at those opportunities. If any definitive decisions are made on any of those opportunities, we shall comply with disclosure requirements.
