Background/Description of the Disclosure
On 23 February 2024, NOW Corporation and Veea Inc. signed a Memorandum of Understanding to forge a strategic alliance aimed to enhance NOW’s existing connectivity framework, focusing on the deployment of bespoke, stand-alone (SA) private wireless LAN solutions tailored for the enterprise market. The Parties are also collaborating on strategic areas of growth to extend Digital Equality and Digital Inclusion into target markets, providing effective solutions such as affordable connectivity, Climate Smart Agriculture, edge-medical clinics, edge-u-cation programs and other solutions that promote community development.
