CPGI would like to inform the Honorable Exchange that the company received today the Certificate of Permit to Offer Securities for Sale from the Securities and Exchange Commission dated February 5, 2024 relative to CPGI’s firm Primary Offer of 20,000,000 Series B Preferred Shares with an Oversubscription Option of up to 20,000,000 Series B Preferred Shares with an Initial Dividend Rate of 7.5432% per annum at an Offer Price of ¿100.00 per Series B Preferred Share, to be listed and traded on the Main Board of The Philippine Stock Exchange, Inc. The Company fully undertakes that it shall furnish the Honorable Exchange all material documentation and filings for the aforementioned transactions.
