Background/Description of the Disclosure
with reference to the announcement made last December 14, 2023 related to the fire incident happened in our Sta. Rosa plant on December 13, 2023, we would like to issue an update and disclose the latest information we have. First, we want to express our sincere appreciation to all for the support and patience following the unfortunate incident. Despite this setback, we are committed to delivering high quality products to the market the soonest. With this, let me inform you that the resumption of production for Electric Fan will be on February 6, 2024 and with sales starting March 2024. Additionally, production of our Washing Machine will begin on March 2024 and sales scheduled to commence on April 2024. We understand the impact this may have on your expectation and sincerely appreciate your understanding. Our team is working diligently to ensure a swift and smooth recovery.
