DMW Ranks at the Top Quintile of S&P CSA – Real Estate

Background/Description of the Disclosure

Paranaque City, Philippines, January 30, 2024 – As of January 2024, D.M. Wenceslao & Associates, Inc. (DMW) ranked at the top quintile in the real estate sector of S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment with an 89-percentile rank (100 being the highest). This puts DMW’s performance in the top 11% of S&P-assessed real estate companies globally.

The S&P Global Corporate Sustainability Assessment is an annual evaluation that scrutinizes the sustainability practices of 13,000 companies worldwide, spanning diverse industries.

Sustainability, defined as meeting present needs without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own, is a core principle of DMW. As one of the biggest property companies in the Philippines, DMW strives to create city-scale real estate products that contribute to sustainable local and national development.
