Please be advised that the Board of Directors, in its regular meeting today, approved the appointment of: Ms. Annaliza Guanco Tan-Cimafranca as Senior Vice President under the Office of the CEO effective January 25, 2024. Ms. Cimafranca is a highly seasoned professional with an impressive 27-year career marked by significant achievements in governance roles, particularly in the financial sector. With a remarkable 19 years of risk-based supervisory experience, Anna has successfully managed diverse BSP-supervised entities, including universal and commercial banks, as well as subsidiaries of foreign, thrift, rural, and cooperative banks. She is currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Filinvest Land. Anna earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Accountancy in Polytechnic University of the Philippines in March 1997, Magna Cum Laude. She obtained her Master's Degree in Business Administration at De La Salle University with distinction in December 2003. She finished her Chief Strategy Officer's Program at the National University of Singapore last November 2023.
