Background/Description of the Disclosure

The Board of Directors of SFA Semicon Philippines Corporation (“SSP” or the “Corporation”), at its regular meeting held today, approved the following:

1. Approval of (a) Additional Funding for the Share Buyback Program of up to Nineteen Million Philippine Pesos(PhP19,000,000.00) worth of the Corporation’s Common Shares (bringing the total funding allotted for the Corporation’s share buyback program since the start of its implementation to PhP222,000,000.00) and corresponding Further Extension of the Share Buyback Program, and (b) Related Authorizations
