(“ASFII”; PSE: “FOOD”); namely, Harvest All Investment Limited, Victory Fund Limited, Bondeast Private Limited, Estate of Albert Hong Hin Kay and Hedy S. C. Yap-Chua (the “Hedy Group”) filed a Petition for Review on Certiorari with the Supreme Court (the “Petition”), to appeal the Court of Appeals’ (“CA”) dismissal of the Hedy Group’s civil complaint filed in 2015 (the “Complaint”) finding, among others, that the Group had committed forum shopping. |
