On December 11, 2023, the Board of Directors of Puregold Price Club, Inc. (the "Company") declared a regular cash dividend of P0.97 per share with record date of December 27, 2023 and Payment date of January 18, 2024. As instructed by the PSE and inasmuch as December 26, 2023 was recently declared a special non-working holiday by the President, the Company has revised the record date to December 28, 2023. Regular Cash Dividend: P0.97 per share Record Date: December 28, 2023 Payment Date: January 18, 2024 Total Pay-Out: P2.79 billion Pay-out Ratio: 30% Dividend Yield: 3.6% The declared dividend is consistent with the Company’s dividend policy, which is an annual cash dividend payout ratio of at least 30% of consolidated core net income from the preceding year, subject to the requirements of applicable laws and regulations and the absence of circumstances that may restrict the payment of such dividends.
