Rodriguez, Jr, Avenue, Bagumbayan, Quezon City”.

The amendment of the principal address of RRHI was presented for approval of the shareholders at the 2023 Annual Meeting. Please find attached SEC Form 17 C dated March 10, 2023 on the approval by the Board of Directors to amend of Article Third of the Articles of Incorporation of RRHI, among others.

This disclosure was amended in order to disclose the date of approval by the shareholders of the amendment of Article Third of the Articles of Incorporation. Attached is SEC Form 17-C dated May 12, 2023 on the said approval by the shareholders.

This disclosure is being amended in order to indicate the date of approval by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) of the amendment of the principal address of RRHI as indicated in its Articles of Incorporation and the date of receipt of such SEC approval.

Please find attached a copy of the Amended Articles of Incorporation of RRHI as approved on December 7, 2023 by the SEC.
