Background/Description of the Disclosure
We wish to inform the Exchange that its subsidiary, Cebu Manila Water Development, Inc. (CMWD), has terminated its December 18, 2013 Bulk Water Supply Contract for the supply of water to the Metro Cebu Water District effective December 1, 2023. CMWD is a joint investment of Manila Water Consortium, Inc. and the Provincial Government of Cebu. Manila Water Consortium, Inc. is a subsidiary of Manila Water Philippine Ventures, Inc., which is a wholly owned subsidiary of Manila Water Company, Inc.
