Background/Description of the Disclosure
Following the spin off of Rizal Commercial Banking Corporation's ("RCBC") Trust and Investments Group into a stand-alone trust corporation, the Company will appoint RCBC Trust Corporation as its new stock transfer agent replacing RCBC’s Trust and Investments Group effective 1 January 2024. The appointment of RCBC Trust Corporation will be confirmed by the Company’s Board of Directors in its meeting in December 2023.
