(“CLI”) held on 23 November 2023:  Ratifying the submission and filing of CLI’s Unaudited Q3 2023 Financial Report to government agencies and regulators;  Amendments to CLI’s Audit Committee Charter;  Formal appointment of CLI’s Records Officer / Records Management Officer; and  Enter into a joint venture to develop a residential condominium project in Midtown Cebu City.
