Background/Description of the Disclosure
On 14 November 2023, the Board of Directors of Keppel Philippines Properties, Inc. (KEP) approved the quarterly financial report. On the same day, the Board of Directors of KEP also approved a resolution for the dissolution of Buena Homes, Inc., a wholly-owned subsidiary of KEP, by shortening its corporate life to until 31 January 2025.
