Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Regulation Code and Corporate Governance Manual of Asian Terminals Inc. (ATI) that external auditors should be rotated or changed every 5 years or the signing partner be changed with the same frequency, please be advised that Mr. Vernilo Yu shall replace Ms. Alice Columbres as signing partner effective November 8, 2023. Ms. Columbres has been the Company’s signing partner since November 8 , 2018.
