This refers to your letter requesting us to confirm the veracity of the information contained in BusinessMirror (Online Edition) article dated October 27, 2023 entitled “APC renews supply deal with NoBia” the relevant portion of which is quoted hereunder:

“Aboitiz Power Corp. (APC) announced last Thursday of having renewed its retail electricity supply partnership with NoBia Inc., the commissary of the Max’s Group Inc.

Under the supply partnership, APC agreed to supply 1,200 kilowatts (KW) to NoBia’s food manufacturing and distribution center in Carmona, Cavite for the next four years.
