Background/Description of the Disclosure
“We refer to the Memorandum of Agreement (the “Agreement”) dated 25 March 2021 executed between Ala Eh Knit, Inc. (“Ala Eh”), a subsidiary of Abacore Capital Holdings, Inc. (the “Corporation”) and Greenergy Holdings Incorporated, for the development and operation of a logistics center and food terminal in Barangay Santa Rita, Aplaya, Batangas City. The Corporation wishes to advise the investing public that today, that Ala Eh and Greenergy have mutually agreed to terminate the Agreement effective immediately.”
