The Company submitted today, September 12, 2023 to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) a copy of the Registration Statement (SEC Form 12-1) with the Preliminary Prospectus for the Shelf Registration in the Philippines of up to 866,666,700 Series 2 Preferred Shares to be offered within a period of three (3) years and the Offer Supplement for the Public Offering of 400,000,000 Series 2 Preferred Shares with an Oversubscription Option of up to 266,666,700 Series 2 Preferred Shares.
