(“ACRI”), and Silverwolf Capital Limited signed today, 31 August 2023, a Shareholders’ Agreement to jointly develop and build greenfield solar energy projects in Taiwan by establishing a joint venture platform, ACEN-Silverwolf Pte. Ltd., domiciled in Singapore.
