Background/Description of the Disclosure
During the regular meeting of the Board of Directors on August 31, 2023, the Board approved the appointment of Mr. Ricardo B. Tan, Jr. as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of ABS-CBN Corporation effective August 31, 2023. Mr. Tan has agreed to be re-engaged by ABS-CBN so that he can continue to support the Group’s vision to become a storytelling company that is renowned locally and globally. With this development Mr. Vincent Paul O. Piedad has been designated as Treasurer and Head, Investor Relations by the Company, effective August 31, 2023 and will report to the Group CFO. This designation is concurrent to his position as CFO of Sky Cable.
