Update on the Joint Venture of the Puri Usaha Group and ACEN Renewables International Pte Ltd.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
By way of update to the 16 May 2022 press release/disclosure on Puri Usaha Group’s and ACEN’s (through its subsidiary, ACEN Renewables International Pte Ltd, hereafter “ACRI”) agreement to set up a platform for the development of renewable energy projects in Indonesia focusing on large-scale solar power plants, battery energy storage system and green hydrogen projects, please be advised that on 30 August 2023, PT Trisuya Mitra Bersama (a member of the Puri Usaha Group) and ACEN Indonesia Investment Holdings, Pte. Ltd. (another subsidiary of ACEN, which is wholly owned by ACRI) entered into an Investment Agreement and Shareholders’ Agreement for their joint venture company, PT Puri Prakarsa Batam.
