Background/Description of the Disclosure
Pursuant to the continuing disclosure requirements of the Exchange, we report to you that at the meeting of the Board of Directors of International Container Terminal Services, Inc. (ICTSI) held today, August 31, 2023, the Board of Directors authorized its execution of a term loan facility agreement where ICTSI is the Borrower. The term loan facility amounting to US$750,000,000 with a tenor of 6 years was granted by Metropolitan Bank & Trust Company.
