In compliance with the disclosure requirements of the Exchange, our Company hereby informs the PSE of the appointment of Mr. Paul Glenson K. Lim as Vice President for Property subject to confirmation by the Board of Directors of the House of Investments. Mr. Lim carries with him more than 20 years of experience in various real estate companies with relevant experience in project development of horizontal and vertical projects including residential, commercial, retail, office, hospitality, and leisure developments. He is a licensed architect and has a masters degree from Ateneo School of Business.
