Background/Description of the Disclosure
The Company, together with its subsidiary Visayas Renewables Corp., as share collateral grantors, and its subsidiary, Monte Solar Energy, Inc. (“Montesol”), as borrower, mortgagor and grantor, signed today an Omnibus Loan and Security Agreement (“OLSA”) for a loan facility in the amount of up to Php600,000,000.00, to partially finance Montesol’s permanent working capital and for other general corporate purposes. Montesol is the owner of the 17.998MWdc solar power plant located in Bais City, Negros Oriental.
