In a special meeting of the Board of Directors of Chemical Industries of the Philippines, Inc. (the "Corporation") held on 10 August 2023, the Corporation approved to authorize the Corporation to enter into a Deed of Assignment of Credit with Vital Time International Limited over the Assignor’s receivables from Tierra Ariana Eco Land, Inc. and to enter into an Accession Agreement with Bank of the Philippine Islands among Tierra Ariana Eco Land, Inc., Vital Time International Limited, Wessex Holdings Corporation and Pacific Unity SDN. BHD.
