Please be informed that during its regular meeting held this afternoon, 02 August 2023, the Board of Directors of China Banking Corporation (the "Bank") took up and approved, confirmed, and/or ratified the following matters: 1. Capital infusion of P2 billion to Bank subsidiary, China Bank Savings, Inc. (CBSI), in order to support CBSI's sustained loan expansion and enhance its ability to cover and serve more segments of the banking and unbanked population. 2. Secondment of MS. RIZA MAE A. GREGORIO, Business Analyst under the Bank's Business Solutions Division, to Bank subsidiary CBC Properties and Computer Center, Inc. (PCCI) as Business Analyst, effective 01 July 2023.
