Background/Description of the Disclosure
We would like to inform the exchange with regard to the disclosure dated 31 July 2023 for the Legal Proceedings against Mr. Augusto C. Cosio, Jr. and Mr. Bernard B. Rabanzo. MRC is not a Respondent in the case and its business, operations and integrity will not be affected. Not being impleaded as a Respondent, MRC has no liability whatsoever in the case. Mr. Cosio and Mr. Rabanzo will submit their Counter-Affidavit on 10 August 2023 as directed by the Provincial Prosecutor.
