Other Relevant Information

Ms. McDonald is the newly appointed Vice President, Global Financial Controller of ICTSI. She is also the Chief Financial Officer of Manila International Container Terminal (MICT) since 2016. Prior to her role as Chief Financial Officer of MICT, she was the Global Financial Reporting Director and Regional Chief Financial Officer for Europe, Middle east and India. Prior to ICTSI, she was with accounting firm Sycip Gorres Velayo & Co (SGV) for 10 years serving as Senior Director for Assurance and Professional Practice. She was also seconded to New York for two years to work with SGV Affiliate, Ernst & Young. She graduated magna cum laude from the University of the Philippines with a degree in Bachelor of Science major in Business Administration and Accountancy in 1999. She placed fourth in the Philippine Certified Public Accountant Board Examinations in May 2000.
