Update on Material Transactions part of disclosure posted on November 28, 2022 pertaining to the spin-off of the Trust and Investments Group of RCBC to a stand-alone trust corporation.
Background/Description of the Disclosure
The Bank received the digital Certificate of Incorporation of RCBC Trust Corporation from the Securities and Exchange Commission. RCBC Trust Corporation is the stand-alone trust corporation subject of the disclosure posted on November 28, 2022 on the spin-off of the Trust and Investments Group of RCBC. The spin-off of the Trust and Investments Group into the newly incorporated trust corporation is still subject to the issuance by the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas of the Authority to Operate.
