Background/Description of the Disclosure

● Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) puts in motion the construction of Casa Mira Homes Danao in northern Cebu.
● The development will be completed in 2026 and is expected to generate P1.97 billion in sales revenue.
● The success of Casa Mira Homes Danao is prompting CLI to soon introduce a new affordable housing development in the area as part of its efforts to help close the region’s housing gap.


Leading real estate developer in VisMin Cebu Landmasters, Inc. (CLI) kicks off the construction of Casa Mira Homes Danao, the 15th development under its flagship economic brand.

The market’s reception to the 6.8-hectare property that sits in the northern city of Danao in Metro Cebu has been remarkable, with 595 of its housing units marked at 96%-sold. Expected to generate P1.97 billion in sales revenue, the development is set to be completed in 2026.

“Casa Mira turns the Filipinos’ dreams into a reality by making home ownership attainable with affordable, quality developments that offer more value, more space and more amenities to be enjoyed by families,” CLI President and CEO Jose R. Soberano III said. “Casa Mira also allows CLI to help address the region’s housing gap. To date, Casa Mira has already provided more than 16,000 vertical and horizontal housing units all over VisMin. Additionally, given the success of the project in the northern part of Cebu, we are now in the process of introducing a new affordable housing development in the area soon.”

The location of Casa Mira Homes Danao contributes to its strong demand. The development presents premium connectivity with direct access to the Central Nautical Highway, providing residents with convenient access to essential establishments. Within close distances to Casa Mira Homes Danao are schools, grocery stores, the city hall, the provincial hospital, and the city port. Danao City is also only 25 kilometers away from Cebu City and has the necessary urban conveniences being the growth center of the northern part of Cebu province.

Casa Mira Homes Danao offers a variety of unit types. Floor areas range from 42 sqm to 72 sqm for townhouses and single detached units with either two or three bedrooms. Features include kitchen, dining and service areas; powder room; porch; and carport. Meanwhile, the unit prices range from Php 2.23 million to Php 3.6 million.
