The Board of Directors of LMG Corp. held a special meeting on 15 June 2023. During the meeting, the Board authorized the Corporation to execute documents to comply with the Philippine Stock Exchange’s (“PSE”) Revised Rules on Backdoor Listing and other applicable laws and regulations of government agencies, including the PSE and the Securities and Exchange Commission.
