Further to its disclosures to the Philippine Stock Exchange dated 9 April 2022, 23 September 2020 and 29 May 2020 relating to the suit filed by Bangladesh Bank, Bloomberry Resorts Corporation (BLOOM) hereby discloses that in a decision and order dated 30 May 2023 (received by BLOOM in the evening of 30 May 2023) the Appellate Division of the New York Supreme Court upheld the order of the Supreme Court, New York County dated 8 April 2022 which granted BRHI’s motion to dismiss the complaint filed by Bangladesh Bank as against BRHI for lack of jurisdiction. |
